Olivia
J. Fussell, Bsc, MLA, MIA
President
Olivia Fussell is President and founder of Carbon Credit Capital and is responsible for overall executive management
and direction of the organization. She has a lifelong dedication to environmental affairs and has global experience having
worked in several developing countries. Ms. Fussell is a successful entrepreneur, having founded and managed Fussell Development
Corp., a multimillion dollar real estate development and construction company. She is also co-founder and co-chair of the
Council of Alumni for Social Enterprise (CASE), which supports student social enterprise throughout Harvard
University. Previously, Ms. Fussell’s work at Columbia University included structuring the
environmental curriculum, researching international environmental treaties and managing projects within the Carbon Pilot Consortium.
Ms. Fussell holds a Bsc from Greenwich University
in Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture, a Masters from Harvard University in Land Use Planning and a Masters from Columbia
University in International Affairs focusing on international environmental
finance and policy.

Rena Gelb, BA, MBA
Vice President of Operations and Director of Carbon Finance
Working with a team of both in-house and
internationally experienced professionals, Ms. Gelb leads strategic development of Carbon Credit Capital and heads
carbon finance and investment activities. On behalf of Carbon Credit Capital, Ms. Gelb
has negotiated strategic joint ventures for both developing sustainable energy projects and for trading carbon credits.
Ms. Gelb has attended both international and domestic conferences on carbon credits, and is often invited to speak on developing
sustainable carbon credits and managing risk. Ms. Gelb has an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she focused on
finance and economics, with an emphasis on derivatives. Ms. Gelb received a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College.
Ms. Gelb's previous work includes consulting and three years of teaching in NYC classrooms.

Vishal Sehgal,
BE, MBA, MPA
Director of Development - India
Mr. Sehgal leads Carbon Credit Capital's renewable energy project development in India. He has a decade of managerial banking experience with ICICI Bank Ltd.
Mr. Sehgal engaged the private sector in corporate planning and telecommunications with Instrumentation Ltd. before co-establishing
the largest NGO in India, the Delhi Pratham Education Initiative. Mr. Sehgal also possesses infrastructure development
experience at the Dubai Development and Investment Authority.
Mr. Sehgal carries both a BE in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in finance from Panjab University, and a Master of
Public Administration in International Development from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. Mr. Sehgal is a
Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program Scholar, former Director of the Harvard COOP, and a Harvard Graduate Council
Representative.

Frank Zeman, DIC, DES, P Eng
Energy Engineering Consultant
Dr. Zeman is a registered Professional Engineer who has recently completed his Doctorate in Engineering Science at
Columbia
University. He obtained his Masters from Imperial
College in London
and has five years international experience in Consulting Engineering. This includes three years of on-site engineering experience
in Guyana, giving him a deep understanding
of working in developing countries. In addition, he has been a team member for engineering work in Africa, South America and
Polynesia. His work at Columbia
focused on Carbon Management and the control of GHG emissions from small and distributed sources. As a member of Carbon Credit
Capital his efforts are focused on the engineering analysis of biomass projects. This includes performing the feasibility
calculations, writing design documents and project management. He also maintains an ongoing relationship with the Earth Institute
at Columbia University
by researching the design and performance of a Zero Emission Cement Plant. Through this work he maintains an extensive network
of contacts within the scientific community.
