Israel Goodman is Corporate Counsel at Carbon Credit Capital. He manages carbon credit purchase and sale agreements, and advises on the CDM registration process, issuance and transfer of CERs, and negotiation and drafting of ERPA provisions. Prior to joining CCC, Israel worked at a large Wall Street law firm, where he focused on corporate, transactional and securities law matters. Israel graduated, magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
